Day & Time: Thursdays 5:30 PM
Description: Join Lisa in a 30-30 minute split of upbeat, fun, full-body barre and a slow down of stretching to enhance your flexibility! Barré incorporates strength, cardio, and balance and you’ll be stretching out all those muscles you worked in the first half of class. This class is open to all levels as modifications and progressions will be provided throughout class.
Bio: Lisa was a previous competitive dancer and uses her past experiences and current knowledge to bring passion into all of her classes. She has years of experience teaching barre and dance and she is excited to build a community here at Holistic Therapies 4Life.
